The Plein Air Artist Easel is a redesigned French style easel built a bit smaller and lighter than a traditional full size for easy carrying. Weighs only 11 lbs. Great for oil, pastel and watercolor painting. Complete with 2 slide out shelves that provide a convenient workspace for palette and brushes. Rubber bumpers tightly grip a thick stretch canvas or a thin canvas , allowing for the edges to be painted freely. High powered magnetic catches secure the legs firmly to make easel set-up and folding very easy. Constructed of solid European Beech wood, stained and lacquered for durability. Comes with a paper towel holder and a shoulder strap.
