Trade Show Displays FAQ

What kind of displays do you do?

Some of our projects include tables, pedestals, booths and display cases. We've helped create displays fully out of our portable pedestals and we've also custom built displays to customer specifications. We recommend you check out our portfolio of projects and give us a call at 1-800-333-9953 so we can discuss your specific needs.

What do I need to know about shipping?

We can work with you to get your items delivered directly to your tradeshow. Some things to consider are: Is there a loading dock? Will you need a lift gate? Is there inside pickup? Will it be a residential delivery? Do you need it palletized? Do you need a crate or shrink wrapped? There is a $50 charge per pallet and shrink-wrap. Charges for crates will depend on size and the number of units.

What is your turnaround?

A number of factors including the number units, the materials and the amount of customization will affect delivery time. Any order that needs to go out within 72 hours will be charge a rush fee. A standard product with laminate, under 10 units, can be shipped out as soon as next day. Wood veneers and acrylic will require extra processing time, up to four days. Any custom order will need to be discussed to determine an appropriate timeline.

Do you offer design services?

We can help you with plans, layouts and mockups. We charge $100 an hour for our design services.

What do I need to get a reseller/wholesale discount?

All we need is your reseller license and we're good to go.

Do you give interior designers discounts?

We do give trade discounts just provide us with your reseller license.

How many units do I need to purchase for a discount?

Depending on the product it can vary. Give us a call at 1-800-333-9953 and we can discuss your specific needs.
